TEMECULA, Calif. — Creative Card Solutions, a consulting firm that works with financial institutions providing assistance with ATM sponsorship programs and pre-paid debit cards, has added two industry veterans to its staff.

Patricia Lamb, who has more than 10 years of experience developing and marketing stored value card programs as well as merchant account programs for ISOs and financial institutions, joins Creative Card Solutions as a product manager for Card Programs. She will lend her expertise in pre-paid card programs for clients including Palm Desert National Bank, Fifth Third Bank and American State Bank.

According to a news release, Lamb was instrumental in the design, development and marketing of the e-Pacific stored value card program and oversaw the implementation of planning for the Goleta National Bank/ACE Check Cashing card program.

She developed regulatory expertise as well, having served on Capitol Hill as a banking and public works legislative assistant and press secretary for several members of Congress, including Kenneth Gray (D-Ill.) and the late Thomas P. "Tip" O'Neill, former Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Lamb can be reached at pattilamb@creativecardsolutions.com or (805) 452-1932.

Dyer, a former executive with Pulse EFT Association, joins Creative Card Solutions as an account executive for American State Bank, for which CCS manages ISO and Agent Bank programs. Dyer spent several years managing ISOs for Pulse and served as product manager for its PIN-based debit card and check fraud detection program. She was also instrumental Pulse's acquisition of several of its largest national financial institution accounts.

Dyer may be reached at mdyer@creativecardsolutions.com or  (713) 334-5721.

The firm's clients sponsor some 105 Registered ISOs with more than 60,000 merchant locations, processing approximately 20 million transactions each month, according to the release.
