PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland-based TRM Corp. continued its expansion in the United Kingdom with the acquisition of a portfolio of 350 ATM contracts from an unnamed ATM operator.
According to a news release, the contracts are comprised of merchant-filled locations. The undisclosed purchase price was paid in cash.
TRM has been on a buying spree this year. Last month, it entered the Canadian market with its purchase of 72 locations from Mighty Cash Financial
In April, TRM purchased all outstanding shares of Inkas Financial Corp. Ltd., an independent ATM operator with 450 sites in the UK, and 20 ATM sites in the United States from an unnamed ISO.
