San Jose, Calif. — I-S-Cubed (iS3), a provider of secure key management solutions for network-connected devices, has signed collaboration and reseller agreements with nCipher plc, a provider of cryptographic IT security solutions.
Under the terms of the agreements, I-S-Cubed will feature nCipher's hardware security modules (HSMs) as a security component of I-S-Cubed's SecureOMS system. In addition to the technical collaboration, both companies will market the solution to their respective customers and participate in a variety of co-marketing programs.
nCipher will market SecureOMS as an element of its expanding product line that targets the payment processing market.

Delivered as a fully configured system comprising I-S-Cubed proprietary software running on a fortified clustering platform, the patent-pending SecureOMS technology ensures both high availability and the capacity to scale as needed. The enterprise-class key management
solution includes an SQL database for maximum performance and interoperates with host management software and its associated host security modules.
