LAS VEGAS--For its work on the BMW X3 kiosk, Frank Mayer & Associates Inc. has won five Outstanding Merchandising Awards (OMA) at this year’s GlobalShop 2004 show in Las Vegas.
According to a press release, the OMA recognizes superior achievement in the point-of-purchase industry and is awarded annually only to those merchandising programs that receive the highest cumulative scores judged by a select committee of independent industry leaders.
In addition, Frank Mayer was one of just two companies to win three Gold and two Silver OMA's in this year’s award competition. The Gold award winning displays were MasterBrand Cabinets Inc., Cox Communications, and BMW of North America LLC. Silver awards went to Virgin Mobile and MasterBrand Cabinets Inc.

Frank Mayer is among the country’s oldest and largest independently held merchandising and visual marketing companies. It was founded in 1931 and is based in the Milwaukee area.
