CALGARY, Alberta--SMART Technologies Inc. and Clarity Visual Systems, Inc. have teamed up to customize SMART interactive overlays for Clarity products.
The interactive overlay from SMART is integrated with Clarity’s Bobcat 40-inch (102-cm) liquid crystal display, providing interactive digital signage. Clarity will distribute and market the Bobcat with the integrated touchscreen overlay through its worldwide dealer channel and offer customers the choice to configure the product based on their requirements, according to a press release.
The integrated product is intended for retail environments and other indoor public venues, and can display different types of information interactively. A store, for instance, could program its kiosk computer to include information on all its merchandise and services.
