HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. — Paragon Application Systems, a provider of ATM and EFT testing software since 1994, is adding IFX testing capabilities to the FASTest component of its WorkSmart Suite.
With FASTest for IFX, users can simulate "end-to-end" message processing between their IFX clients and servers. IFX is an emerging ATM messaging protocol (See related story (Not) lost in translation)
FASTest for IFX, which is based on the IFX 1.4.0 specification, supplies test scripts for novice users, but enables more advanced users to customize their tests to focus on specific test scenarios, according to a news release.
"This latest version of FASTest contains all the most popular features of our previous FASTest versions, so our existing users can capitalize on their familiarity with the tool to test IFX processing efficiently and confidently right away," said Kathy Cameron, Paragon's director of sales and marketing, in the release. "More importantly, users new to FASTest can benefit from our decade of experience with ATM and EFT test tools and the knowledge we've gained about the features our customers really need and want."
Paragon Application Systems has been a member of the Interactive Financial eXchange (IFX) Forum since December 2002.
