NOVI, Mich. -- Real Estate consultants from Keller Williams Realty are focusing their promotional and marketing efforts this week on the debut of "Showcase of Homes," the retail real estate store in the Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi.
One unique aspect of the store is a Showcase of Homes kiosk where potential clients can check the latest home listings, take virtual tours of homes and discover home availability in real time.
The kiosk has three flat-panel display screens, a computer that connects to the Internet via a Wi-Fi network located in the mall, and a high-quality color printer, according to a news release. Visitors can look at a presentation, browse through a catalogue of featured homes, and receive a printout of current homes available on the market. Incorporating the latest software and hardware technologies, the kiosk creates a unique "edutainment" experience.
The kiosk is funded privately by agent team members and corporate sponsors including a mortgage company, a title firm and a moving company.
