ON THE SPOT SYSTEMS, a mobile systems provider, announced it will have its customized SURVEY ON THE SPOT iPad survey app on display in the Olea Kiosks exhibit at the Customer Engagement Technology World (CETW) show November 10-11, 2010 at the Javits Center in New York City.
Olea will capture customer feedback using SURVEY ON THE SPOT on an iPad mounted in its new ComPADre iPad enclosure, allowing conference attendees to provide feedback via a custom branded and designed iPhone survey app tailored specifically for the trade show.
The ComPADre iPad enclosure allows businesses to take advantage of the device in a new and secure way. The ComPADre comes in three variations: table mount, wall mount, and free standing.
SURVEY ON THE SPOT will be offering Olea's ComPADre iPad to restaurants and other businesses looking to instantly collect customer feedback using an iPad. SURVEY ON THE SPOT allows businesses to create custom branded surveys that can be completed from their customers' mobile devices, including iPhones, iPods, iPads, BlackBerrys, Androids and other smart phones. Businesses can receive instant management 'service alerts', view reports on the web, build email marketing lists and provide rewards to their customers for completing surveys.
