Etisalat, a telecommunications company in the Middle East and Africa, is now working with Citibank to allow kiosk-based payments for the global bank in the United Arab Emirates.
The partnership allows Citibank customers in the UAE to pay their credit card and loan payments through numerous area kiosks, according to aimnfo.com
"The kiosk-based payment service reiterates Citibank's vision to provide a convenient banking experience to our customers," said Zuhair Ali, country technology head, UAE, for Citibank. "The enhanced banking channel will provide the necessary ease and comfort to customers in all parts of the UAE with inherent benefits like flexible timings and reach."
Etisalat has developed many interactive payment channels for customers, including Online Payment, eZeepay, BizDirect services, mPayment services and Mobile Money Remittance.
