Anglo-French creative services agency CFT Concepts selected Acquire as the platform around which they would build an interactive project for Région Midi-Pyrénées, France. The project was displayed on a 23-inch interactive touch screen at the Saló Internacional de Turisme a Catalunya – SITC, in Barcelona from 7-10 April.
The touch-screen enabled visitors to select high-quality videos showing the different towns of the Midi-Pyrénées region. The videos were displayed 
on a separate, 42' plasma screen above the touch-screen.
"The project was made possible by Acquire's flexible and easy-to-use design interface and, one of its many features – the button plug-in, as well as the multiple screen support offered by the Acquire Player", commented Chris Fine-Thompson of CFT Concepts.
The Button is a plug-in that creates an interactive button on a page in an Acquire project. The button has configuration settings that enable it to be set to a Push, Checkbox or Radio button style. An image can be assigned for each state (normal, pushed, selected). Any number of variables can be set when the button is clicked, selected or de-selected and an On Click action can be defined e.g. jump to another page in the project.
The Acquire player is ideal for the control of two separate screens, one being an interactive control screen and the other being a large high definition display.
