Interactive iPad-based kiosks supplied by Sprocket Kiosks are fast tracking the customer loyalty program at Hog's Breath Cafe Noosa and Mooloolaba on Australia's Sunshine Coast, according to ferret.com.
Omnecom utilized Melbourne-based Sprocket's LaunchPad iPad interactive kiosk solution for the sites, deploying the Chimpadeedoo mail App with custom graphics so customers can sign up for special offers at the point of purchase.
Omnecom CEO Phil McKercher said that the new interactive kiosk system "empowers the Hog's Breath franchisee to engage with the customer using the latest technology, provide great value directly to that customer and at the same time building a growing data base of regular clientele, the value of which cannot be underestimated."
Add one more to the growing list of iPad-based kiosk deployments.
