Several branches of UAE Exchange in Abu Dhabi have recently deployed kiosks to help customers make remittance and bill-payment transactions.
The MyBranch kiosk was developed by UAE Exchange in association with Euronet, a global provider of electronic payment and transaction processing solutions, and MBME, a supplier of kiosk-based payment systems, according to a company press release.
"MyBranch, our new virtual counter, enables our customers to be independent and not wait in queues at the manned counters," Promoth Manghat, vice president of global operations, UAE Exchange, said in the release. "This self-service kiosk empowers them to walk in and conduct their transactions with utmost ease. It provides the same security to their transaction as they have always experienced at UAE Exchange counters."
UAE Exchange has more than 3.5 million customers worldwide.
