Childcare Compliance, a legal compliance resource for childcare providers, agencies and unions, has introduced its new Comply Ally kiosk to caregivers seeking potentially critical legal solutions.
The Comply Ally is a computer terminal kiosk with pre-loaded compliance tools and business management software. It is available free of charge to childcare agencies so that their affiliated providers can access guidelines for childcare, labor and family law.
To use the kiosk, childcare providers first customize their membership to Childcare Compliance based on the size of their facility — from family home care to chain or public schools, a company announcement said. Members with broadband access can also use Childcare Compliance products from their own business locations.
"Some childcare providers have limited Internet access," said Michelle McGinnis, founder of Childcare Compliance. "But now they can use the kiosk at their agencies to download admission agreements, contracts, attendance forms and other tools they need to stay current with all compliance best practices.
