Precision Dynamics Corp., a provider of automatic wristband identification, and RFID solutions provider Intellitix will showcase their RFID solutions at the Event Live Expo, Feb. 5-7 in Los Angeles.
Expo attendees will be able to participate in an interactive demonstration of PDC's Smart Band RFID Wristbands with Intellitix' systems that provide secure access control, social media integration and photo-sharing applications, and the new Intellipay cashless payment system, an announcement from the companies said. The technology is powered by an RFID chip containing a code sealed inside each Smart Band, which is validated by the Intellitix system when a person wearing a wristband comes within several inches of its custom-built entrance portals, or other RFID hardware.
For electronic access control, Intellitix' entrance portals have a throughput rate of more than 2,500 persons per hour, while offering real-time monitoring and analytics to event management, the announcement said. Also on display will be Intellipay, the cashless payment system launched last month by Intellitix. With Intellipay, guests can load cash or credit funds onto their Smart Band before an event, helping to shorten lines, eliminate congestion and increase public safety.
