HP is in the midst of designing a variety of different kiosks and self-service concierge concepts for the U.S. and beyond, according to Andy Bowden, the strategic marketing manager for the company.

At the recent National Retail Federation BIG Show in New York City, Bowden showed off HP's American with Disabilities Act-compliant touchscreen concierge kiosk. Users have the ability to adjust the screen's height and tilt to meet their needs, as well as use a roll pad to control the 21.5-inch monitor.
