Infor launches multichannel marketing solution

Infor, a provider of business application software, has released Infor10 CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor (Epiphany), to give retailers the power to execute campaigns with a common messaging strategy simultaneously across multiple channels. Enhancements include a new interface based on Infor10 ION Workspace, tab-based navigation for key functions and multichannel execution of campaigns with common messaging, MJ Crabbe-Barberis, product marketing director, CRM, Infor, said in a company press release

"Consumers today are bombarded by an overwhelming amount of information, requiring corporate marketing departments to identify new ways to create more intelligent interactions with their customer base," Crabbe-Barberis said. "Infor10 CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor provides the next-best-action engine that helps companies stay a step ahead of their competition by enabling them to make messaging decisions and arbitrate against competing offerings using multiple business and economic measures."

For example, a point-of-sale kiosk message may include visuals and bulleted value propositions with notifications such as "10 percent off your purchase today," while a mobile message, which has more text-based limitations, may simply read "10 percent off," Crabbe-Barberis said.
