The Encrypting PIN Pad with display Cryptera EPP 2100 is a high security OEM PIN keyboard for outdoor use in self service banking automates, petrol filling stations, vending machines or any other application where safe and tamperproof PIN-code verification is required.
The Cryptera EPP 2100 is Visa PED approved and has the German ZKA approval, including the Geldkarte version 3.0 for loading of Geldkarte.
Main Functions:
Entry of PIN codes. For this purpose it has 16 keys, 10 of which are numerical keys, 6 function keys and display for user guidance.
Secure program execution. The secure hardware of the EPP allows program execution that is protected against disclosure and modifications.
Removal Switch:
The keypad will dis-activate if removed form target equipment.
