CSG Systems teamed with Nanonation to create a self-service bill-payment
kiosk for cable service providers across the U.S. The self-service kiosks enable
cable customers to view their account and pay their bills with cash, credit
card or check at a variety of public venues.
The project required the creation of an easy-to-use kiosk interface to allow cable customers to pay their bills, while leveraging CSG’s existing transactional processing software and bill payment infrastructure currently being utilized by CSG cable provider clients. The look, feel and overall interface branding is unique to each cable service provider and can be modified based on the business rules required by each of CSG’s clients.
