Clorox had a challenge. They needed a way to educate consumers on their wide
variety of specialty products designed for specific homecare tasks. To
accomplish this and to reach customers at the point of decision, Clorox and
H.E.B. partnered to pilot a solution finding kiosk in several H.E.B. stores.
Nanonation developed a simple and easy to use interface for customers to locate
the product right for their problem. Users select their room, surface, and
problem and then the kiosk generates a list of products available in the H.E.B.
store to solve the cleaning problem. The customer can select any of the
products to view detailed information on its use and benefits.
